During health checks we can detect changes that may cause health problems in the long run. As many diseases develop slowly, health checks may detect possible illnesses at an early stage.
In the health check, the vet examines the whole animal clinically, listens to the heart and the lungs and, if necessary, takes blood samples. If there is any evidence of illness, a longer appointment may be needed for further examinations.
